Work History
1999 to Present, Country Director of Foursquare Children of Promise, a Cambodian NGO. I founded the organization in 1999 in conjunction with my work as a missionary. We now have a staff of about 600 and care for nearly 3000 orphans and widows.

1999 to Present, Foursquare Missionary to Cambodia. Took the Cambodian Foursquare Church from one congregation in 1999 to 1226 congregations at present. The Foursquare Church is the largest Church denomination in Cambodia.

1986-1998 Senior Pastor of the Woodstock, Illinois Foursquare Church. Went from 30 members to more than 400, built new facility, added a daycare center in 1991.

1994-1998 President of the Board of Directors of the Great Lakes District Camp. Helped lead the development of a 400 camper, year around, facility in Northern Illinois.

1981-1988 Manager of the Service Division for Growmark in Woodstock, Illinois. Founded Cropatrol, an agronomic services organization and directed sales and marketing.

1980-1981 Short term assignment to establish an agricultural training center in Western Samoa

1973-1980 President of Olbrich Farms, Inc., Waltham, Minnesota. Farmed 2200 acres of crops and raised 7000 hogs per year.
1971-1973 Sales Manager for FS Services, McHenry County, Illinois.

1970-1971 Field manager for the Agricultural development Organization, Paksae, Laos.

1968-1970 Agriculture Team Member, International Voluntary Services, Paksane, Laos

1960-68 Part time worker on family dairy farm
